kerchief tips

*place the scarf in triangular form over your hair and tie at the base of the neck.

*leave about 2 inches of hair exposed from the hair line.

*tucking your ears a bit beneath the scarf is optional [like the sophia loren photo],
that's usually how i prefer to wear it.

*silk scarves have a tendency to slide back, so i use goody's cute miniature gold
bobby pins to pin behind the ears.

*shop your local thrift shop or salvation army, they usually have a ton of beautiful
inexpensive scarves.

a presentable solution to wear to work and i now love to wear them even when it
isn't raining.
